Our story
Every knot has a pair of hands behind it.
Our weavers use methods passed from one generation to the next: the backstrap loom tied to a tree or a post, and the upright loom in the courtyard. Nothing here comes off a machine.
We buy natural fibres, pay for the work fairly, and let each piece take the time it takes. The patterns are old. The colours are alive. Every souvenir you carry home was made by someone, and that someone matters.
"Slow work, done with care, is its own kind of kindness."

Dye
Wool and cotton are dyed in small batches, using colours inspired by Andean sunsets, flowers and soil. Each batch comes out a little different, and that's the point.

Weave
Row by row, on a backstrap or a wooden loom. A bracelet takes an afternoon. A wall hanging takes days. The diamonds, zigzags and stepped crosses carry meaning that families keep alive.

Send
Finished pieces are checked, wrapped with care and sent to you. A share of what you pay goes to a children's shelter in Ecuador. The thread keeps going, from the loom to you to a kid you'll never meet.
